Формирование Системы Стратегического Управления

Abstract

Теоретические аспекты стратегического управления и особенно его системной организации, несмотря на их актуальность, недостаточно изучены в современной литературе. Работы по данной тематике, как правило, посвящены описанию структурных особенностей действующих на зарубежных предприятиях систем стратегического планирования и не содержат целостного системного представления о целях, задачах, функциях и особенностях построения подобных систем. Можно отметить противоречивость подходов к описанию систем стратегического управления различными авторами, поэтому требуют уточнения теоретическая и методологическая базы данного направления.
