Модели Распределения Ресурсных Потоков В Промышленной Модернизации Регионов России

Abstract

В статье раскрываются основные условия успешного решения задачи промышленной модернизации российских регионов и выделяются факторы, препятствующие модернизации в настоящее время. В работе показано, что модернизация региональной экономики невозможна без соответствующего ресурсного обеспечения и обоснована целесообразность моделирования ресурсных потоков для повышения эффективности принимаемых в этой сфере управленческих решений. Для прогнозирования процесса модернизации экономики региона предложено использовать ряд моделей, в числе которых модели экономической базы и модели «затраты выпуск».
