Abstract

На постиндустриальном этапе развития общества, его производительных сил, рыночных взаимоотношений производителей и потребителей становится необходимым изучение рынка образовательных услуг как важнейшего инфраструктурного компонента экономической жизни общества. События последних лет развернули исследователей проблем образования преимущественно к высшей школе, которая понесла наиболее ощутимые потери в ходе системного кризиса из-за пресловутой «утечки умов». Написано огромное количество статей и даже монографий на эту тему и проведено множество мониторингов, и на этом фоне как-то ушла в тень проблема оскудевания следующей ступени российского образования — среднее специальное — СПО.
