Системные Причины, Факторы И Возможные Преимущества Кластерной Организации Производства В Аграрной Сфере Региона

Abstract

В научных публикациях последнего времени, посвященных региональной проблематике, все больше встречается работ, исследующих феномен кластерной организации ведущих секторов регионального производства, особенно в контексте выявления факторов инновационного развития мезоэкономики. Уже многие годы использующаяся в зарубежной литературе, кластер, как понятийно-терминологическая конструкция, едва появившись в отечественных исследованиях, завоевала прочные позиции «модной» научной категории, которая, однако, отражает вполне объективные, быстро распространяющиеся в границах территориальнолокализованных экономических систем (регионов), экономические тенденции последнего времени. В силу этого данная экономическая категория, описывающая радиальные преобразования в структуре региональной экономики, постепенно приобретает все присущие подобным категориям атрибуты.
