Abstract

Продовольственный сектор России и ее регионов находится в процессе трансформации уже около 15 лет. Распад централизованно-плановой системы произошел под воздействием ряда мер, направленных на либерализацию экономики, в частности, приватизации и признания института частной собственности, либерализации цен и торговли (включая внешнюю торговлю), введения законодательным путем ограничений на государственное регулирование предпринимательской деятельности на федеральном и региональном уровнях.
