Abstract

В современных условиях преимущества в конкурентной борьбе получает более быстро адаптирующаяся к окружающей среде компания независимо от масштабов деятельности. Чтобы эффективно организовать работу по поиску и выбору новой идеи для стратегического развития и реализации замысла в условиях ограниченного времени и ресурсов нужна новая методология обоснования и проектирования предстоящего комплекса работ. Такая работа должна быть реализована в виде проекта методологии реструктуризации или расширения бизнеса, рационального и эффективного использования ресурсов организации в целях ее развития так как выбор стратегии обладает всеми признаками проекта: новизна, уникальность и однократность работы; ограниченность во времени; наличие конкретного заказчика.
