Abstract

Под электронными гражданскими правоотношениями (виртуальной сделкой) будем понимать взаимную правовую связь двух и более лиц по поводу имущественных или неимущественных благ, которая порождается обстоятельствами, возникающими и существующими только в виртуальном пространстве, которая опосредуется электронным обменом информацией и характеризуется наднациональным характером, равенством и автономией воли субъектов [1].
