Частное Высшее Образование: Инновационный Потенциал И Инвестиционная Привлекательность

Abstract

Высшее профессиональное образование в условиях демографического спада оказалось в непростой ситуации, а его частный сектор остается без права на государственную поддержку. В этой ситуации наилучшие шансы имеют «инновационные возмутители» те частные вузы и университеты, которые осваивают новые, во многом нетрадиционные для классических университетов области образовательных услуг. К этому следует добавить благоприятный политический климат для такой инновационной деятельности в контексте Болонского процесса. Цель настоящей статьи анализ некоторых особенностей и перспектив в сфере современного частного высшего профессионального образования. Материал сгруппирован по следующим разделам: «Преподаватели и научная деятельность», «Конкуренция и новые формы услуг», «Образовательные неравенства и трудоустройство выпускников».
