Abstract

Региональный рынок плодоовощной продукции является одной из составных частей продовольственного (аграрного) рынка Кабардино-Балкарии. Под региональным рынком плодоовощной продукции понимается многофункциональная система обменных отношений между диалектически взаимодействующими хозяйствующими субъектами, возникающих в процессе движения овощей, фруктов и продуктов их переработки от производителя к потребителю посредством товарного обращения в условиях конкуренции под воздействием законов спроса и предложения.
