Сценарное Прогнозирование Производства Молочной Продукции Перерабатывающей Промышленности Ставропольского Края

Abstract

Молокоперерабатывающая промышленность Ставропольского края с 1998 до 2004 гг. систематически увеличивала производство молочной продукции: объемы производства цельномолочной продукции возросли за указанный период с 60,6 до 112,7 тыс.т или на 86%, масла животного — с 4 до 9 тыс.т, или в 2,25 раза, сыров жирных — на 42%, а в целом молочной продукции — в два раза. Однако в 2005 году в крае произошел спад производства молочной продукции — с 334,3 тыс.т в пересчете на молоко до 251,5 тыс.т (на 25%), в том числе цельномолочной продукции — на 6,5%, а масла животного с 9,0 до 5,2 тыс.т или на 42%.
