Abstract

На современном этапе развития мировой экономики перспективы развития той или иной страны буду во многом зависеть от эффективной региональной политики во всех сферах экономики и, главным образом, в промышленности. Сегодня на долю инновационных технологий, продукции, оборудования в развитых странах приходится более 70% прироста ВВП. Интенсивность инновационной деятельности во многом отражается на уровне экономического развития: в условиях усиливающейся конкуренции на мировой арене выигрывают именно те регионы и страны, которые обеспечивают благоприятные предпосылки для инновационной деятельности.
