Abstract

Зачем сегодня в России нужно перестрахование? Практически значимый ответ может быть дан на основе анализа системы отношений между основными участниками страхового/перестраховочного рынка: потребителями страховых/ перестраховочных услуг, их продуцентами и государством. Современные теория и практика осуществления и государственного регулирования перестраховочной деятельности в России в ряде случаев исходят из поверхностного представления о том, что перестраховочный рынок — это лишь некая совокупность конкурирующих друг с другом поставщиков перестраховочных услуг — специализированных перестраховочных компаний и универсальных страховых организаций, имеющих право на осуществление перестраховочной деятельности.
