Abstract

Рыночная трансформация собственности обеспечила формирование в российской экономике принципиально новых экономических агентов, отсутствовавших в командно-административной системе, фирм. В условиях десятилетнего экономического кризиса большинство российских предприятий реализовывали стратегию выживания. Восьмой год экономического роста, улучшение институционально-экономической среды, достижение политической стабилизации детерминируют необходимость поиска новой конструктивной модели поведения на рынке, позволяющей учитывать высокую степень нестабильности внешней среды, снижать издержки, повышать конкурентоспособность предлагаемого товара на региональных рынках.
