Abstract

Анализируются законодательные нормы, регулирующие общественные отношения в сфере охраны семьи и несовершеннолетних. Изучаются исторические источники права различных периодов существования России на предмет наличия и содержания норм, устанавливающих ответственность за вовлечение несовершеннолетнего в антиобщественную деятельность. Рассматриваются особенности становления и развития указанных норм на разных этапах их существования.
