Оценочные Характеристики Публикационной Активности Государственных Вузов Самарской Области На Основе Базы Данных Ринц

Abstract

В статье рассмотрены библиометрические индексы БД РИНЦ как расчетные показатели оценки публикационной активности, одного из критериев результативности научной деятельности государственных вузов Самарской области. Показано, что БД РИНЦ многофункциональная информационная система, которая в настоящее время отражает полный поток российских публикаций и их цитирований. Раскрыта необходимость работы российских вузов с отечественной библиометрической системой.
