Abstract

В статье рассматриваются этапы формирования ювенальной юстиции в Российской Федерации в начале XXI века. Автор приходит к выводу о том, что перспективным направлением реформирования ювенальной юстиции является упрощение процессуальной формы производства по уголовным делам в отношении несовершеннолетних путем использования компромиссных и восстановительных технологий.
