Abstract

В статье рассмотрены теоретические положения модели диагностики системы управления процессами организации. Описаны этапы модели и предложены формы для заполнения в организации; диагностика осуществляется на уровне подпроцессов организации, а также на уровне задач управления, что положительно повлияет на всю систему управления в целом.
