Abstract

В статье представлен обзор основных понятий и этапов внедрения системы ключевых показателей эффективности на предприятии для совершенствования системы мотивации персонала. Показано место системы KPI в структуре бизнес-процессов. Рассмотрено соотношение потребностей сотрудников и технологий мотивации, в том числе с учетом применения системы KPI.
