Использование Бюджетных Коэффициентов Для Оценки Устойчивости Бюджетов Муниципальных Образований Новосибирской Области

Abstract

В статье предложен инструментарий бюджетных коэффициентов для диагностики структуры и устойчивости местных бюджетов. Обоснована необходимость использования данного инструментария в анализе бюджетной политики субфедерального уровня. Выявлены особенности формирования доходов и структуры расходов бюджетов муниципальных образований Новосибирской области за период 2006-2012 гг.
