Использование Методологии Управления Проектами В Системе Инновационного Развития Региона

Abstract

В статье выделена сущность проектов, дано определение проектного управления, выделены основные функции и принципы; определена значимость инновационного развития региона; выявлены основные направления инновационной деятельности в регионе. Сделан вывод, что развитие и повсеместное распространение методологии управления проектами являются наиболее эффективной методикой менеджмента для реализации проектов на региональном уровне.
