Abstract

В статье представлен обзор основных понятий и этапов процесса обучения и развития персонала. Рассмотрены системы профессиональной подготовки и непрерывного повышения уровня квалификации персонала, способствующие развитию трудового потенциала каждого работника и всего предприятия и росту на этой основе конечных социальных и экономических результатов трудовой деятельности человека, а также постоянному возрастанию человеческого капитала и его рациональному использованию на производстве
