О Перспективах Доктрины Разделения Властей В Постиндустриальном Обществе

Abstract

В статье рассматриваются проблемы функционирования принципа разделения властей в условиях современной экономики. Делается вывод о неполном соответствии указанного принципа современным реалиям. Предполагается, что со временем доктрина разделения властей будет вытеснена федерализмом классов, по Л. Дюги. В настоящее время созрели условия для введения отдельных элементов такой идеологии публичной власти.
