Математическая Модель Формирования Региональной Информатизационной Системы

Abstract

В статье исследованы и представлены основные проблемы формирования и реализации региональной информатизационной системы как основной части телекоммуникационной и информационной инфраструктуры, которая включает в себя узлы и каналы связи различных операторов связи и интернет-провайдеров, обеспечивает конечное подключение пользователей. Определены и сформулированы основные требования к системе информатизации, представлен математический аппарат формирования системы.
