Abstract

В статье обосновывается необходимость создания действенной компенсационной политики организации, поскольку для эффективного функционирования системы российского менеджмента в настоящее время приоритетное значение приобретают такие факторы, как повышение результативности и производительности труда, улучшение качества работы и развитие творческой инициативы персонала. Отмечается, что система компенсаций в российских компаниях как часть системы управления персоналом сегодня является наиболее востребованной.
