Abstract

В статье рассмотрена сущность процесса синхронизации и усовершенствованы концептуальные положения теории синхронизации. Предложен методический подход к оценке синхронизации процессов обеспечения экологической безопасности, который учитывает уровень экологической безопасности, уровень затрат на реализацию мероприятий по ее обеспечению в пределах экономической системы и синергию взаимосвязи между подсистемами.
