Императивы Эколого-Экономического Развития Региона

Abstract

В статье рассматривается повышение ресурсной эффективности реализации региональных инвестиционных проектов в императивах эколого-экономического развития региона, обусловливающее необходимость корректировки нормы дисконта при вычислении чистой текущей стоимости введением в алгоритм расчета экологического риска, что позволяет определить риски по причинам возникновения: эк-стернальный (влияние региона на проект), интернальный (влияние проекта на регион и на внутренние составляющие проекта).
