Abstract

В статье рассматриваются такие категории в управлении персоналом, как «мотивация» и «стимулирование трудовой деятельности». Приведены понятия, основные концепции, обосновывается цель деятельности по мотивации и стимулированию, механизмы формирования мотивации, типы работников, роль руководителя в управлении мотивацией и стимулированием.
