Abstract

Страна происхождения товара правило, которое устанавливает критерии для определения страны происхождения товаров. Определение страны происхождения товара необходимо для целей применения мер таможенного и государственного регулирования торговли и налоговой политики, а именно для расчета и уплаты таможенных пошлин, акцизов и НДС. Также отражены проблемы определения страны происхождения товара и предлагаются пути их совершенствования
