Abstract

В статье рассмотрены основные этапы современной российской политики в Арктике, проанализированы проблемы, с которыми встречается Россия при реализации своих интересов в этом регионе мира. Внимание уделено подходам России к решению таких ключевых проблем региона, как: международно-правовой режим, состояние и перспективы добычи углеводородов на арктических месторождениях
