Abstract

Процесс урбанизации нуждается в регулировании при помощи формирования государственной городской политики, однако отсутствие единого определения понятия города мешает ее разработке. В данной статье анализируется новый подход к определению границ городов, разработанный в странах ОЭСР. Он позволяет исследователям классифицировать и сравнивать города, посредством сбора городских данных, основываясь на общей методологии
