Интересы Коммунального Комплекса В Условиях Экономического Кризиса

Abstract

В статье отмечается, что в условиях финансового кризиса обостряются проблемы ЖКХ. Предложенная стратегия развития отрасли до 2020 г. не учитывает интересы всех сторон. Реализация экономических интересов требует институциональных и технических из-менений, изменения роли государства и привлечения частных инвестиций.
