Abstract

В статье рассматривается типология личностей и особенности формирования инновационного поведения для различных типов, описана возможность диагностики и выявления инновационности в личности и оценки инновационного потенциала посредством инструментария соционики, определена важность соционической модели для построения инновационных команд
