Abstract

Статья посвящена истории понятия «городское хозяйство» в российском законодательстве. Автором рассмотрены законодательные акты различных периодов истории России в области городского управления, начиная с Русской Правды и заканчивая нормами современного муниципального права. Урбанизация и рост проблем, связанных с развитием городского хозяйства, создают необходимость в правовом регулировании городской жизни посредством разработки государственной городской политики
