Abstract

В статье рассматривается экономическая сущность диверсификации как метода рационального управления рисками в условиях неопределенности развития бизнеса. Дается схема видов специальных методов управления рисками и определяется роль диверсификации в данной системе классификации. Формулируются принципы и условия организации диверсификации с учетом различных стратегий поведения хозяйствующих субъектов на арене современного бизнеса
