Abstract

В статье показано значение бизнес-плана для организации инвестиционного планирования предприятия, раскрываются цели и задачи бизнес-плана. Приведен круг пользователей бизнес-плана, а также показана его структура и методики расчета точки безубыточности, ставки дисконтирования и показателя средневзвешенной стоимости капитала. В статье делается вывод о необходимости бизнес-плана для функционирования предприятия, и приводятся критерии принятия инвестиционного решения
