Abstract

В статье утверждается, что наступило время созидать государству, а не рынку. В управлении государством нужен постоянный приток новых сил, мыслей, идей на основе открытой политической борьбы за голоса избирателей, за улучшение их жизни и укрепление государства. В последние годы удалось стабилизировать экономическую ситуацию в стране. На данном этапе России нужны полноценные четыре партии, максимум пять. Госдума отчитывается обычно по числу принятых законов, а надо, чтобы отчет содержал анализ эффективности действия принятых законов
