Abstract

Инновационный потенциал персонала компании это ключевой фактор её будущего успеха. Однако, огромные ресурсы инновационного потенциала персонала отечественных компаний остаются «в тени» и не реализуются. Система «Виктория» это малозатратный и эффективный путь инновационного развития организации. Ее суть в управлении творческим потенциалом персонала, ориентация его на поиск возможностей роста прибыли компании
