Abstract

В статье говорится о том, что самую важную роль в расцвете европейской цивилизации и экономическом развитии стран Европы сыграла урбанизация и целенаправленное развитие инфраструктурных отраслей, прежде всего транспорта, дорог, средств связи и коммуникаций. В XXI в. научно-технический прогресс, переустроивший всю цивилизацию, начинает стремительно умножать сложность инфраструктуры городов. При одновременном росте населения городов и их территории, при многократном возрастании интенсивности транспортных потоков старая логика здравого смысла в инфраструктурном обустройстве уже не срабатывает.
