Abstract

В статье на основе собственного концептуального подхода разработана авторская модель комплексной системы управления рисками как организационно-функциональный прототип комплексной системы управления рисками промышленных предприятиях ГК «Ростехнологии». Модель КСУР предприятия предназначена для создания на ее основе реально функционирующих систем управления рисками промышленных предприятий корпорации. Управление рисками предприятия, ориентированного на повышение стоимости бизнеса, должно основываться на принципах, обеспечивающих достижение целей и задач, определяемых Политикой управления рисками, и которые должны быть заложены в неё на этапе её проектирования и построения.
