В статье подняты проблемы организации и управления инновационным развитием промышленности, приводится опыт ОАО «Российская электроника» по интеграции промышленных предприятий на основе кластерного подхода с научными учреждениями и поставщиками, а также организации центров компетенции, управляющих инновационным развитием
