Abstract

Исследуется значение системы нормирования труда на предприятии. Определяется её роль и место в общей системе управления и системе управления персоналом. Предлагается повышение обоснованности трудовых показателей на основе совершенствования системы нормирования труда. Формируются рекомендации по управлению системой нормирования труда. Обосновывается необходимость совершенствования методических разработок и применения системы микроэлементного нормирования труда.
