Abstract

Государственная инновационная политика является частью социально-экономической политики и направлена на совершенствование государственного регулирования, развитие и стимулирование инновационной деятельности. Она реализуется с помощью нормативно-правовых механизмов государственной поддержки. В настоящей работе проанализировано нормативно-правовое регулирование инновационной деятельности в Российской Федерации.
