Abstract

В данной статье рассматривается необходимость создания научно-производственных инновационных консорциумов для скорейшего формирования нового научно-технологического уклада и повышения конкурентоспособности национальной экономики. Приводятся проблемы низкой реализации научно-технического потенциала ОПК в области двойных технологий. Анализируется возможность использования структур кластерного типа в целях содействия инновационному развитию экономики с учетом мирового опыта.
