Abstract

Исследуются задачи управления сбытовой системой страховой организации. Анализируется специфика вертикально-интегрированного подхода к организации сбыта страховых продуктов. Предлагаются факторы повышения эффективности системы сбыта на основе вертикальной интеграции. Строится морфологическая матрица определения диапазона характеристик сбытовой системы страховой компании. Формируется модель конкуренции страхового рынка и определяется место на нем посреднических структур.
