Отраслевые Аспекты Обеспечения Экономической Безопасности Муниципалитета

Abstract

В статье рассматриваются вопросы обеспечения экономической безопасности муниципальных образований на примере оценки уровня развития транспортной инфраструктуры как ключевого фактора пространственного и социально-экономического развития территории. Рассматривается система показателей, характеризующих состояние транспортной инфраструктуры и динамику ее развития, определяется их иерархия от низшего уровня первичных частных показателей до уровня интегрального индекса, характеризующего состояние транспортной отрасли в целом. Сформирована многоуровневая система показателей, позволяющая перейти к определению их конкретных значений и предельных границ, описывающих минимальный уровень экономической безопасности муниципалитета в этой сфере.
