Abstract

Современная ситуация в системе профессионального образования в России, отражающая общемировые образовательные тенденции, близка к кризисной. Выход из надвигающегося образовательного кризиса необходим, в том числе и для того, чтобы успешно вписаться в мировое образовательное пространство, сохраняя отечественные социокультурные традиции. Традиционно сложившаяся система «поддерживающего обучения» управленческих кадров перестала соответствовать требованиям новой постиндустриальной цивилизации. Необходимо создание новой системы профессионального образования управленческих кадров. В статье рассматриваются возможности модернизации государственного управления в условиях нарастания сложности и неопределенности социальных изменений с использованием технологии опережающего профессионального образования в подготовке государственных служащих.
