Эффективность Приватизации Государственных Предприятий В Пермском Крае

Abstract

Изучив нормативную базу Пермского края по приватизации и деятельность ряда приватизированных предприятий, автор рассмотрел возможность научной аргументации эффективности приватизации государственных предприятий на региональном уровне. В статье отмечено, что результаты приватизации не соответствуют заявленным целям, а следовательно, проведение анализа эффективности приватизации государственных предприятий в Пермском крае сегодня актуально. Выводы, приведенные автором статьи, могут быть использованы при разработке концепций, стратегий, прогнозных планов, дорожных карт и программ в сфере приватизации государственного имущества на региональном и муниципальном уровнях.
