Роль Музыкальной Составляющей Культурных Инноваций В Функциональной Трансформации Муниципальных Образований

Abstract

На основе концепции «центр периферия» была осуществлена оценка потенциала развития музыкальной сферы муниципальных образований Пермского края. На основе полученных данных и анализе культурных программ и проектов была дана оценка функциональной трансформации территорий. Авторы выделили 5 групп муниципалитетов в зависимости от восприятия музыкальной составляющей культурной инновации. Наибольшим потенциалом обладает г. Чайковский. Недостаточность музыкальной составляющей инновационного потенциала отмечена в следующих городах и районах Пермского края: г. Березники, г. Верещагино, г. Добрянка, г. Лысьва, г. Нытва, г. Чусовой, Чусовском районе и др.
