Abstract

В статье рассмотрены основные аспекты и этапы разработки программного комплекса региональных моделей потребления электроэнергии в Российской Федерации, позволяющего решать задачи среднесрочного и стратегического прогнозирования потребления электроэнергии, а также принимать инвестиционные решения, связанные с развитием инфраструктуры в области электроэнергетики.
