Abstract

Работа посвящена актуальным проблемам становления и развития инновационной политики в России: рассмотрены основные направления и программы государственной инновационной политики России, проанализированы проблемы, возникшие во время реализации проектов в рамках Концепции инновационной политики Российской Федерации, представлены планируемые и фактические показатели результативности по основным направлениям, дана их оценка при помощи экономических индикаторов.
